Anointing of the Sick
The sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick is intended to strengthen those who are being tried by illness. It is not a sacrament only for those who are at the point of death. St. Leonard offers the sacrament regularly to serve as a comfort and strengthening to those who are ill or advancing in age.
Funerals
The Main Chapel at St. Leonard is available for funerals of our residents, if they prefer to be buried here instead of at their former parish. If you wish to use the Main Chapel please contact Mary Houston at 937-436-6372.
The St. Leonard Chapel and Bell Tower are easily recognizable for their stunning architecture and original art pieces. The Chapel stands as a proud welcoming facet of our campus and provides a place of prayer and worship for all Christian denominations.
The Health and Rehabilitation Center has its own chapel, The Holy Family Chapel, which provides a similar opportunity for prayer and worship to those who reside there. A variety of service times and types are available for residents.
Our Spiritual Care Office oversees our Chapels and service schedules.
