CHI Living Communities is a faith-based healthcare organization with seven senior living/long-term care campuses in Colorado, Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and Oregon. We are seeking a proven leader with at least 5 years of experience in a regional senior living position to provide consultation, strategic planning, and oversight to Executive Directors on effective mission-based operational practices. The Regional Administrator also provides on-site management support in financial performance, census development, survey compliance, and quality initiatives as needed. The ideal has experience in all levels of senior living. This is a corporate position, and applicants can be based in either the Des Moines, Milwaukee, Denver, or Colorado Springs area.

The Regional Administrator reports to the Chief Operating Officer of CHI Living Communities to provide strategic planning.
Successful candidates must possess:

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursements
  • Colorado nursing home administrator license
  • A passion for growing along with us
